We currently collect and process names and contact details, for the purpose of responding to enquiries and requests.

Please note that if you contact us from a business email address, we do not consider this personal information.  If we should make an exception to this, please let us know.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is generally provided to us directly by you when you make an enquiry.

The exception would be where we receive personal information from a third party, such as a customer of ours, who pass on an enquiry or request that we contact you.

We use the information that you have given us only in order to respond to the enquiry or request.

Your information is securely stored in our email system.  We do not maintain other records.
